Ezer

Emerging from the growing valley music scene; Ezer (eh-zer) finds a balance between melodic, acoustic driven ambiance and an intensity derived from today’s modern indie rock. Fueled by flowery, introspective lyrics, from the bands duel led (opposing gender) vocalists, the music creates an excitingly imaginative, atmospheric pop genre.

Long Live the Smoking Gun

“We” are from the Southwest, where we belong. Where the days are short and the nights are long. We just want to live while we’re alive. And spread love and respect, and the overall positive vibrations that have been spread to us. These things are very important, so don’t forget.”

Water and Reflections

Water and Reflections is a raw acoustic project put together by Ezra Hagberg and Phil Yancey. Through the organic sounds, and simple approach, Water and Reflections voices a brutal honesty about life’s struggles. Speaking on love, injustice, spirituality, inadequacy, and tragedy, Ezra and Phil seek to write music that is challenging to their audience as well as themselves. Water and Reflections is part of a community of artists called Abolition Media, using the platform of music and art to fight modern-day slavery.

Jeremy Wright

Writing is as much an outlet as an expression for me. My best work comes from just writing what I’m thinking/feeling at the time, and not holding back how I truly feel. Many times I surprise myself with thoughts I never knew I had. My hope is that what I’m going through and writing about will connect with someone else.
